This year program on major repairs in apartment houses completed in the Republic

Today a videoconference meeting on the implementation of the law of the Russian Federation No. 185-FZ of 21/07/2007 “On the Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 and major repairs in schools was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov in the Government House. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov participated therein. Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin made a keynote report.

As of September 28th, 2012 (according to GZhI) major repairs have been completed for a total amount of 4 billion 266.78 million rubles equal to 97.66%% of the annual limit.

Major repairs have been completed in 836 houses in 36 municipalities. GZhI signed acceptance certificates for 632 houses in 39 areas.

According to the additional program (according to GZhI) major repairs have been completed for a total amount of 64.43 million rubles equal to 17% of the annual limit.

As of September 28th, 2012 4 billion 71 million rubles equal to 86% of the annual amount (taking into account the additional program) were transferred to the accounts of management companies and homeowners’ associations.

Facades and roofs of apartment houses located in the hospitality area of the Universiade 2013 are being repaired. Among 197 objects required repairs 196 objects equal to 99% of the total amount are being reconstructed.

As of September 27th, 2012 275.4 km (91% of the planned for 2012) were developed according to the program “Pure water”. All 42 wells were drilled and 24 (61.5%) water towers were installed.

As of September 28th, 2012 among 4 thousand 698 apartments a complete installation of individual heating equipment was carried out in 4 thousand 576 apartments (97.4%), and state commission acts were received for 4 thousand 162 apartments (89%).

The report touched upon major repairs in schools.  Among 165 secondary schools major repairs were completed in 164 schools, acceptance commissions were held, acceptance commissions acts were signed together with a representative of GISU, local governments of municipalities and a representative of renovated schools. Major repairs in Kildeyevskaya school located in Verkhneuslonsky municipal area, have been not completed yet because of its late inclusion into the program. At the moment the roof of the gym is being repaired.   

At the end of the meeting the participants discussed the start of heating in the welfare facilities and the housing stock. President of the Republic R.N. Minnikhanov ordered to complete all work in the nearest future.
