Chairman of the Board of Renaissance Holding expresses readiness to return to Tatarstan to implement projects in various fields

Today the administration of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan met Chairman of the Turkish Renaissance Holding Erman Ilicak. Renaissance Holding is a group of companies specializing in construction, real estate investment, power industry and trade. Renaissance Construction is one of the top 100 international contracting companies in the world and is the largest international contractor in Turkey. Over the past 20 years the company has successfully completed more than 450 projects.

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin noted that the cooperation with Turkish companies had always been successful and these days it was also of current interest. The experience and knowledge of the company are useful for the Republic and it is ready to offer to Turkish companies both work and the possibility to cooperate in major investment projects.

In his turn Erman Ilicak said that despite the fact that the company had changed (due to the increase in its revenue), there were not any minor orders for them.

Minister I.E.Faizullin invited the Turkish holding to participate in the construction of one of the most complicated Venues of the Universiade 2013 that is Football Stadium. Today there is still a lot of work connected with cast-in-situ concrete, and the Turkish company could be very useful at this stage. The Minister drew attention to the development of Naberezhnye Chelny, Yelabuga and Almetyevsk regions of the Republic as many projects implemented by the holding could be interesting in these cities.

Besides, I.E. Faizullin asked the guest to give his proposals to simplify the Russian regulatory framework in the construction industry because the experience of the company working in different countries of the world could be very important and useful.
