Rostekhnadzor approved the report on the conformity of 100 titles of optimized Start-up Facility of Complex 1A1 of starting complex of oil processing network and petrochemical plants of “TANEKO” OJSC to the requirements of technical regulations.

Volga Region Department of Rostekhnadzor performed the final inspection of the facilities of the second stage of optimized Start-up Facility 1A1 of oil processing network and petrochemical plants of “TANEKO” OJSC. The inspection was to be carried out in 2012.

Despite the fact that the facilities of the second phase of the optimized Start-up Facility 1A1 are not interrelated with the process, and therefore they can be started up title by title, it was decided to put into operation all the facilities (100 titles) at the same time.

Volga Region Department of Rostekhnadzor approved the report on the conformity of 100 titles No.668 of optimized Start-up Facility 1A1 to the requirements of technical regulations (rules and regulations), other regulatory legal acts and design documentation.

In accordance with the program of the integrated testing and commissioning of the facilities of optimized Start-up Facility 1A1 the integrated testing of the viscosity breaking unit has been carried out. The integrated testing of the sulfur recovery unit is carried out.

Construction and installation work is being rapidly carried out on the Combined Hydrocracking Unit (Phase 1Б) designed to further increase the depth of oil refining.

Every day 2.500 people work on the site. As of today, most of the general construction work has been carried out, the equipment is being erected and connected, the process piping is being installed, and a significant amount of the work on the installation of very large equipment has been carried out.
