Construction of the infrastructure facilities of the special economic zone discussed at the meeting in “Alabuga”

The issues of the infrastructure facilities construction of special economic zone “Alabuga” were discussed at the meeting with contractors. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.L.Alyashev in IP SEZ “Alabuga”.
General contractors of “Kamgesenergostroi” OJSC and “Trest Kamdorstroi” CJSC are completing the work according to the contracts signed in 2012 and preparing the facilities for the commissioning to the customer. As of today, from the beginning of the year, 336.288 mln.rubles have been disbursed, including 256.464 mln. rubles by “Kamgesenergostroi” OJSC and 79.824 mln. rubles by “Trest Kamdorstroi” CJSC. The plan for construction and installation work in November was exceeded by 30%. “Kamgesenergostroi” OJSC completed the installation of equipment РП-13, and is preparing for the final inspection carried out by the State Construction Supervision Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, and voltage supply. “Trest Kamdorstroi” CJSC is reconstructing the overhead transmission line through the motorway M-7. The completion date is December 20th, 2012.
Currently, in order to ensure the implementation of the program on the construction and installation work for the next year, the contractors are preparing for the participation in public tenders for the construction of the infrastructure facilities of the special economic zone.
The residents of SEZ “Alabuga” are keeping the pace of the plants construction.
As a part of the construction of the plant for processing carbon fiber “Alabuga-Volokno” LLC contractor “Multifunctional Association Inshaat” CJSC is installing sandwich panels of the production building. Simultaneously with the construction and installation work the technological equipment to be installed in March 2013, is being delivered. The production is to be started up in the 4th quarter of 2013.
Resident “Sariya Bio Industris Volga” (“Stroimontazh-Engineering” LLC being a contractor) almost completed the construction and installation work. The resident is implementing the project for the production of technical oil and feed meal. The production is to be started up in the 1st quarter of 2013.
Resident “Automativ Glass Alyans Rus”CJSC building a plant for the production of automotive glass completed the installation of the foundations and cast-concrete work; 75% of wall sandwich panels and 55% of the roof steel structures have been installed. The production is to be started up in the second half of 2013.
“Trakya Glass Rus”CJSC is implementing the project for the production of building (flat) glass, mirrors and coated glass. Currently, contractor “TEPE Insaat” completed the installation of the foundations of the production building, concrete work is being carried out and steel structures are being installed. The production is to be started up in the 1st quarter of 2013.
As of today, “Kastamonu Integreyted Vud Indastri” LLCbuilding the plant for the production of MDF boards (“Kompas Engineering” LLC being a contractor) completed the installation of the columns and steel structures of the production building, is constructing the intrasite the runoff water system, and installing concrete floors and sandwich panels. The construction of the administrative building with a dining room is 20% complete.
Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, met with Sergey Pakhomov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services, coordinator of the "Convenient and Comfortable Life" direction.
The meeting took place at the B. Rameev IT Park in Kazan, as part of the regional day on the "Comfortable living environment" of the II All-Russian Municipal Forum.

The event was held at the Bashir Rameev IT Park in Kazan and brought together specialists from all over the country - heads of municipalities and their teams, experts in the field of municipal administration, senators, deputies, members of the federal and regional governments, as well as architects, planners, urban planners and experts in the field of urbanism and territorial development.
Since 2015, over 400 public spaces have been improved in Tatarstan, every tenth of which is located in the capital of the republic. This was stated by the head of the Directorate of Parks and Squares of Kazan, Aigul Latypova, on the regional day of the II All—Russian municipal forum "Small Motherland - the strength of Russia".
148 park improvement projects worth 15.5 billion rubles have been implemented in Kazan over the past 15 years. The area of green areas in the city has increased 5 times during this time. Igor Kulyazhev, Deputy head of the Executive Committee, told about this on the regional day of the II All–Russian forum "Small Motherland is the strength of Russia."
In 2011, the city program "One Hundred Squares" was launched in the capital of Tatarstan, the republican program for the development of public spaces was launched in 2015, the federal project "Creating a comfortable Urban Environment" was launched in 2017, and the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" has been implemented since 2020.
