A two-day information-training webinar has successfully completed in Kazan

Igor Manilov, head of the State Expertise Committee of Russia, noted that the formation of a constant and self-motivated desire for knowledge and their effective application in practice by the construction community is important for the development of the industry. The Kazan branch of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia completed a two-day webinar as part of the implementation of the program “Effective service of the state customer”. It was attended by more than 350 representatives of 13 regions of the Volga Federal District: the heads of regional ministries and departments, the leadership and executive staff of developers. During the second day of the seminar, reports were made by A.R. Khasanov, Deputy Head of the Department of the Federal Treasury in the Republic of Tatarstan on the topic “Ensuring control over the implementation of government contracts. Financing government programs. The role of the Treasury in the financial support of the construction process. Financial control and monitoring”, I.F. Safiullin, First Deputy Head of the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan on the topic “Construction Supervision. Functions, activities. The procedure for obtaining a conclusion on compliance”, L. B. Galimova, Deputy Director of the State Budgetary Institution “Main Investment and Construction Directorate of the Republic of Tatarstan” on the topic “Accounting in the construction and reconstruction of facilities. The order of transfer of the object from the balance of the state customer. Registration of fixed assets (increase in the book value of capital construction) ”, I.S. Nachvina, First Deputy Minister of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan on the topic “Instruments for monitoring the implementation of infrastructure projects in the context of the digital transformation of the construction industry." At the end of the event, the webinar participants thanked the organizers for the productive and very useful work, for the opportunity to compare their experience with the experience of colleagues, noting the practical focus of the training. In turn, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov said that it is planned to integrate practitioners and colleagues from other subjects of the Russian Federation into the curriculum.
