In Tatarstan, the first purchase with mortgage lending at 6.5% took place on April 20 as part of the new state subsidy program. The first purchase was conducted by the developer of "Ak Bars Dom" Group of Companies together with VTB Bank (PJSC). The lucky owner of an apartment in the "Nobelevsky" residential complex using a mortgage loan under the state program is a resident of Nizhnekamsk. The purchase from the developer took place online. According to updated data, the duration of the program is from 20.04.2020 to 1.11.2020 inclusive. A loan can be obtained for the purchase of an apartment located both at the construction stage under an equity agreement, and for finished housing under a purchase and sale agreement. Down payment of at least 20%. The maximum loan term is 20 years.
