Program on housing commission in the amount of 2 million 398 thousand square meters in 2013 adopted in Tatarstan
Today a videoconference meeting on the housing construction and commission, the provision of housing for the veterans of the Second World War, the implementation of the Republican target program on the citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock took place in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov and attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh. Khalikov. The key report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin. He began the report with the compliance of safety rules by construction organizations. According to him the largest number of accidents occurred on major construction sites i.e. in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk and Nizhnekamsk. As of today a republican target program to provide labor protection for 2013-2015 has been adopted in Tatarstan.
The commission of housing in 2013 in Tatarstan was approved in the amount of 2 million 398 thousand square meters. The social mortgage program includes 383.3 thousand square meters, the program on multifamily investment housing includes 1 million 9 thousand square meters, and the program on low-rise housing construction includes 1 million 13 thousand square meters.
As of January 11th, 2013 85.9 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in the Republic including 12 buildings with a total area of 57.1 thousand square meters commissioned according to the social mortgage program. The Republic continues to build 35 houses for 382 veterans of the Second World War.
Today people living in houses with a total area of 363 thousand square meters need new housing. Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin recalled that until January 15th, 2013 it was essential to improve the program on the movement from the failing housing stock in 2013. In accordance with a new version of Law 185-FZ apartment houses recognized as failing ones are to be resettled January 1st, 2012. The program is to be developed for a 3-year period that is until 2015 inclusive. At the same time the Republic will have to fulfill the obligation to provide the relocation of people from all failing housing stock until December 31st, 2015.
As far as the program “Rural clubs” is concerned, new 46 objects are to be constructed in 2013; the work is already being carried out in eight municipalities.
