In Tatarstan, 1 million 504.8 thousand sq. m of housing, or 50.5% of the plan put into operation

In the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of labor protection in construction, inspections of facilities under construction by control and supervisory authorities continue. Since the beginning of the year, the State Construction Supervision Inspectorate of the republic has carried out 717 inspections. Such data were presented today at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. Farit Khanifov informed that according to housing construction programs as of July 30, 1 million 504.8 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the republic, this is 50.5% of the plan. In terms of individual housing construction, in 2020 it is planned to build and commission 10 thousand 680 houses with an area of ​​1 million 388.2 thousand square meters. As of July 30, 7 thousand 56 individual residential buildings with an area of ​​917.4 thousand square meters were commissioned, which is 66.1% of the plan. Further, the minister reported that within the framework of providing state support to citizens in providing housing, it is planned to improve the living conditions of 728 families in the amount of 1 billion 193.4 million rubles. As of July 30, subsidies were transferred to 35 young families to provide housing for young families. Under the Accessible Environment program for 2020, work is underway at 11 facilities, at 1 facility the work has been completed (it is planned to adapt 12 facilities of educational institutions in the amount of 16.58 million rubles).
