In the Republic of Tatarstan, out of the planned 2 million 670 thousand square meters of housing, 189 thousand square meters have been commissioned, or 7% of the plan. Such data were presented at the republican meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov. So, Alexey Frolov recalled that the housing construction program for 2021 was developed by the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipalities, and was approved on January 19 of this year. “Work with municipal districts has been agreed and is being carried out in all directions,” - he said. - Monitoring is carried out for each house under construction, together with the municipalities. We can do the tasks of 2021”. Within the framework of individual housing construction in the coming year, it is planned to commission 8,330 houses with an area of ​​over 1 million square meters. 436 houses have been commissioned so far. Fulfillment of the plan - just over 5% percent. This year, 927 apartment buildings with an area of ​​5 million 223 thousand square meters are to be repaired in the republic. 21 municipalities participate in the program. In addition, the area of ​​responsibility of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan includes 6 national projects - these are 93 objects that are being built under 13 federal programs.
