The President of Tatarstan took part in the settlement of a social institution in Naberezhnye Chelny

Today, in the 63rd microdistrict of Naberezhnye Chelny, a ceremonial settlement of a 414-apartment residential building built on social mortgage took place. The ceremony was attended by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Oleg Gridnev, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin and the mayor of the city Nail Magdeev. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the provision of housing is one of the main criteria for improving the quality of life. “The head of state has set a task to introduce 120 million square meters of housing by 2030. Today we are at the level of 80 million square meters. Therefore, this is a very difficult task. But this decision of the President of Russia is aimed at changing the way of life of the citizens of our country,” - he said. Apartments are leased in fine finish. All of them are equipped with plumbing fixtures, electric stoves, smoke detectors with a detector, water and electricity meters, heat regulators and an automatic system for remote data reading.
