In the Republic of Tatarstan in 2021, the task is to commission at least 2 million 670 thousand square meters of housing. Social mortgage accounts for about 10%, or 280 thousand square meters of this volume. Such data were presented today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. Marat Aizatullin said that out of 161 houses, 12 houses with 1,313 apartments were commissioned (Arsk - 1, Aktanysh - 4, Baltasi - 1, Bugulma - 1, Kazan - 2, Naberezhnye Chelny - 1, Nizhnekamsk - 2). 19 apartment buildings out of 164 planned for commissioning this year have been commissioned through commercial development. Their total area is 1 million 200 thousand square meters. Out of the remaining 145 houses under construction, 43 houses have a high degree of readiness (70% -100%); 53 houses - average readiness (30% -70%); 49 houses are less than 30% ready (0% -30%). 913 houses were built as part of individual housing construction. In total, there are plans for this year - 8,330 houses. In general, by the current date, the housing construction plan has been fulfilled by 10.5%, the head of the RT Ministry of Construction said. Marat Aizatullin also said that housing in the republic is being built in accordance with the construction plan until 2030.
