A working meeting was held at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by Deputy Minister of the Department Ilshat Gimaev, Head of the Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Khialeev and Deputy Head of the Penitentiary Department of the region Andrey Yakovenko. During the event, the advantages of working with the Federal Penitentiary Service for municipal and state customers and entrepreneurs were considered - short terms of the procurement procedure, the institutions of the penitentiary department are direct manufacturers of products, the ability to check the availability of production facilities, the diversified focus of production, the absence of risks in entering into contractual relations. For the construction sector, the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia produces plastic windows, cast-iron hatches, stormwater inlets, metal structures, park benches, litter bins and other products for public spaces.
