At the end of the 1st quarter Tatarstan takes the third place in housing commissioning in Russia

The Federal State Statistics Service finally summarized the results of housing commissioning for the 1st quarter of 2013 in Russia. The Republic of Tatarstan having the volume of housing commissioning of 758.9 thousand square meters took the 3d place behind the Moscow Region and Krasnodar Territory.

Such data was announced today by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the weekly Republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and attended by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov

The Minister also said that currently 870.2 thousand square meters of housing (36.3 percent of the annual amount) had been commissioned in the Republic, which is 110.8 percent compared to the last year. Particularly, he mentioned Apastovsky and Pestrechinsky areas which have fulfilled the annual plan in advance.

According to the social mortgage program among 133 houses 36 houses with a total area of ​​139.6 thousand square meters for 2.5 thousand flats, equal to 36.4 percent of the plan, have been commissioned. The Republic continues to build 108 houses for 518 veterans of the Great Patriotic War. In addition, as of today, among 95 investment apartment houses 68 houses have a high degree of readiness, 11 houses have an average degree of readiness and 16 houses have a low degree of readiness. As part of low-rise hosing construction, including individual housing construction, in the Republic, among 4 thousand 356 objects 1424 houses have a high degree of readiness, 1651 houses have an average degree of readiness and 1281 hoses have a low degree of readiness.

Irek Faizullin also informed that they had approved the plan for the resettlement of citizens up to December 31st, 2015 from the failing housing stock located in the Republic of Tatarstan and recognized as emergency before January 1st, 2012, being subject to demolition or renovation due to physical wear and tear in the course of its operation. Rural clubs in the areas of the Republic are being constructed.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov noted that in general, the work on housing construction and the construction of rural clubs is going according to the plan. However, he drew the participants' attention to the construction of stadium Kazan-Arena.

"There is a large amount of work that has been completed at the stadium, but there are drawbacks. I ask you to actively participate in the work of all: the whole Republic is involved in the construction, and we need good specific work to solve this problem. There is not much experience in the construction of such stadiums in Russia. However, it is our main facility, and it is necessary to make this work to the highest standard”, said Rustam Minnikhanov.
