The acceptance of applications for the TOP RC Summer Prize has begun

The organizers of the TOP RC Prize made a decision to introduce additional 14 nominations for the competition. Acceptance of applications for participation in the summer stage of the TOP RC award began on June 21 and will last until July 23.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION. Residential complexes from developers throughout the Russian Federation are allowed to participate in the Competition. Applications for participation in the Competition are submitted by filling out a questionnaire with the attachment of presentations. Presentations must comply with the established design requirements.

EVALUATION OF PROJECTS. Evaluation of projects within the framework of the Competition is carried out by Experts independent of developers, recommended by non-profit associations of builders, designers, developers.

DEFINITION OF WINNERS. The jury announces the winners of the competition based on the experts' summary assessments. One jury meeting is planned. Tentatively late July - early August 2021. The announcement and rewarding of the winners is planned as part of the celebration of "Builder's Day" 2021.
