At the same time, the family preferential mortgage was extended to families with one child born after January 1, 2018, and not to families with two or more children, subject to the birth of a child after 2017, as it was before. The rate under this program is 6%, the credit limit is 6 million rubles. Elvira Galyautdinova, commercial director of the development company Suvarstroit, expressed the opinion that the updated terms of the family mortgage will significantly expand the circle of buyers. “If earlier the share of family mortgages was about 10-15%, now it can double - up to 30% or more,” - she said. “We believe that such programs will allow us to maintain the pace we have taken, and, in general, we look at the situation in the real estate market with optimism,”- said Galyautdinova.
