On August 6, on the eve of the construction day, in the park of the State Museum of Fine Arts, a solemn awarding ceremony was held for the participants of the professional skill competition "The Best Estimator - 2021". An excursion to the State Museum of Fine Arts was held for those who wish. The award ceremony was conducted by Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. For the first time in Tatarstan, the competition for the title of the best estimator of the Republic was held in 2014. Over the years, the competition has gained all-Russian fame and popularity in the professional community. Since 2017, the event has received the status of an All-Russian competition. The competition is aimed at improving the efficiency of specialists in the field of pricing and estimated rationing in construction. In 2021, the competition was held for the eighth time, and its importance is increasing every year, not only for beginners, but also for experienced experts. This year 43 contestants took part in it, including 55% of participants from the regions. According to the results of the competition, Alena Smolkova, the leading engineer for design and estimate work of "Ilim Group" JSC (Bratsk, Irkutsk Region), became the winner and the best estimator. She was awarded the "Best Estimator" gold badge. 2nd place went to - Engineer for design and estimate work, presenter - Tatiana Chaikina (Glazov, Udmurt Republic). The third place was rightfully shared by the leading engineer for design and estimate work of "Kazanorgsintez" PJSC Saniya Abdullina (Kazan) and the Chief Expert of the Chuvash Republic “Center for Expertise and Pricing in the Construction of the Chuvash Republic” of the Ministry of Construction of Chuvashia, Olga Vozyakova (Cheboksary.) The competition was carried out in three stages: testing of competitors, presentation of projects, and answers to oral questions of the expert commission. All participants received diplomas and gifts. In total, during the competition, 259 specialists took part in it.
