DOM.RF has launched the second stage of a pilot regional internship program for training young professionals in the housing and financial industries. Specialists of the government and specialized state departments of the Republic of Tatarstan arrived at the Institute for Development in the Housing Sector on a three-day return visit. Tatarstan was chosen as the first region for mutual internships, as one of the leaders in terms of housing construction and the formation of a comfortable urban environment. In early July, 10 employees of DOM.RF visited Kazan and got acquainted with the housing and urban practices implemented here. Now a delegation of 14 specialists from Tatarstan will plunge into the work of the Unified Institute for Development in the Housing Sector for three days. “Exchange internships are a good opportunity to look at the situation in the construction industry through the eyes of the direct participants in the process. The interns will meet with the key leaders of DOM.RF, and it is also important for us to get feedback from young specialists,” - said Artyom Fedorko, Deputy General Director of DOM.RF, welcoming the interns. “Any mutual meetings are always useful, the DOM.RF program gives us the opportunity of live communication with colleagues with whom we constantly interact at work remotely. From the exchange internship, we expect new experience, knowledge about the development vectors of the Development Institute and the construction industry as a whole. We are confident that we will be able to apply this experience at home,” - commented Dinar Sagdatullin, head of the construction complex development department of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
