Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the progress of construction of facilities within the framework of republican programs and national projects, provision of housing for certain categories of citizens. This year, 17 republican programs are being implemented in the republic with a total estimated cost of more than 8 billion 600 million rubles. To date, the planned program activities have been completed by 70%. 11 billion rubles are allocated for the implementation of national projects in the republic through the Ministry. Here the volume of execution is somewhat higher - 80%. 11 out of 95 objects included in the national projects have been fully completed. The Minister noted that the beginning of the new academic year was marked by the opening of 2 secondary schools in the "Art City" RC and "Salavat Kupere" RC. Within the framework of the federal projects "Housing" and "Promotion of the employment of women", 16 kindergartens are being built in the republic. Of these, 11 are still in the work of the contractors. The total work performance has approached 84%. To date, 2 objects have been commissioned. Modernization of utilities. According to the federal project "Housing", this year the treatment facilities in the residential complex "Svetlaya Dolina" are being reconstructed, the work completion is 29%. Public spaces. This year the Federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" includes 49 objects. Construction and installation work is 74%. Eight objects are being improved as winners of the Small Towns Competition. According to them, construction and installation works are closed by 71%. Preparations for the heating period 2021 - 2022. A total of 3 thousand 250 boiler houses were prepared, which is 99.5%. It remains to complete the preparation of 17 boiler houses in 7 districts. Readiness for educational facilities is 99.6%, for healthcare facilities - 99.5%, for cultural facilities - 99.6%, for sports facilities - 98%. The preparation of social protection facilities has been completed. Readiness passports were issued for 16 thousand 859 apartment buildings, which is 96.5%.
