A meeting of the republican headquarters was held in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan to prepare for the upcoming heating season

Today, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, a meeting of the republican headquarters was held to prepare for the heating period 2021 - 2022.
The meeting was held via videoconference with the participation of representatives of all municipalities of the republic, other ministries and departments, and industry organizations. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov reported on operational information on the preparation of facilities for the heating season. Thus, according to the information and analytical system "Monitoring of the housing stock", a total of 3,261 boiler houses have been prepared in the republic, which is 99.8% of the plan. It remains to complete the preparation of 6 boiler houses in 2 municipalities. For educational facilities, the readiness is 99.9% - 3,334 facilities have been prepared. Preparation of social protection facilities (171 facilities in total) has been completed in full. In addition, 2,012 healthcare facilities (99.9%), 1,968 cultural facilities (99.9%) and 242 sports facilities are ready for the heating season. Ildus Nasyrov reminded that the heating period should begin no later than the day following the day of the end of the 5-day period, during which, respectively, the average daily outside air temperature is below 8 degrees Celsius. The decision to start up heat is taken by the executive committees of the municipal districts.
As part of the social mortgage program, a 96-apartment building is being constructed on Salikh Battal Street in the settlement of Alekseevskoye, Alekseevsky district.

In 2026, it is planned to improve 51 public spaces in Tatarstan with funding exceeding 2.6 billion rubles.
