"Family mortgage" has been extended until the end of 2023

Every family with children born after January 1, 2018 has the opportunity to receive preferential housing loans under the Family Mortgage program until December 31, 2023. The program is being implemented by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation within the framework of the federal project "Financial support for families at the birth of children" as part of the national project "Demography" with the aim of improving the living conditions of Russian citizens with children. To improve the program for obtaining a family mortgage, changes were made on the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation. So, from April 1, 2021, those who wish can receive loans under this program for a land plot for the construction of a residential building.
