In the Arsk region of Tatarstan, the settlement of two 45-apartment buildings took place

In Arsk at the addresses: Gorky St., 46 and Baki Urmanche St., 10 two 45-apartment buildings were moved in. Employees of the budgetary sphere, young and large families of the region drove into the new apartments. Also, ten one-room apartments were transferred to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan for their further distribution among the orphans of the region.

Both houses have five floors and two entrances. The total living area of ​​the apartments in them is more than 5 thousand square meters. All apartments are completely ready for living, they are equipped with double-circuit gas boilers, plumbing fixtures, gas stoves, fire alarm sensors, water, gas, electricity meters and automatic gas analyzers. Recall that the annual plan for 2021 of the social mortgage program is 280 thousand square meters, or 161 houses.
