Today in Nizhnekamsk a solemn ceremony of handing over the keys to the highest residential building in the city took place. Ramil Mullin, head of the Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District, congratulated the apartment owners on this joyful event. This object was built within the framework of project financing using escrow accounts. Thanks to the support of the NMP Executive Committee and the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the housing program, the house was put into operation at the end of October this year. The developer is «Nash Dom» Management Company LLC. The twenty-storey building has 133 apartments: 38 one-room, 76 two-room and 19 three-room, with a total area of more than 7 thousand square meters. There is underground parking for 55 cars, as well as an overground one for 78 cars.
