During the year, the hotline of the program "Our Yard" received 12 thousand calls from Tatarstan citizens

14 December 2021, Tuesday
If last year the hotline of the republican presidential program "Our yard" received about 16 thousand calls from residents of Tatarstan, then this year the number of calls dropped to 12 thousand. This is due to active information work carried out directly in the courtyards of the republic. This was announced today at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan by the deputy director of the Institute for Urban Development Foundation, coordinator of the presidential program “Our yard” Venera Kamalova. “There is a whole system that allows us to determine in a few touches the level of satisfaction of residents with the improvement of their yards. All residents who are included in the improvement program for the next season participate in the discussion of the improvement schemes. In advance this year, we held 75% of the meetings throughout the republic in those courtyards that are planned for improvement in 2022. We will hold the remaining volume of meetings by the end of December,” — she said. Residents of cities and districts of Tatarstan actively participate in such meetings, make proposals that are taken into account when designing the landscaping of adjoining territories. Further, people have the opportunity to control the progress of the work being carried out, after which they participate in the acceptance of landscaped courtyards. “If people do not agree with the volume or quality of work performed, we do not sign an acceptance certificate. And, most importantly, we do not abandon residents after the completion of the improvement. Together with them, we continue to monitor the situation with the operation of the transferred equipment, we accept complaints about violations of operating standards,” — Kamalova said. Before the improvement of the courtyards, a detour with the residents' assets is first carried out. Several meetings are organized with representatives of road services, managers and network organizations. Next, a preliminary improvement scheme is being prepared.
“We explain where and what zone will be located. The most difficult issue is the organization of MSW removal. Then we enter the stage of detailed design, the final improvement project is being prepared,” — the speaker explained.
