In Tatarstan, 769 apartment buildings will be renovated in 2022

Alexei Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the work on republican programs for the construction and overhaul of social and cultural facilities, the implementation of national projects and state programs at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting via videoconferencing with all regions. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin.

Alexei Frolov said that 13 ministries and departments are involved in the preparation of 44 republican programs. To date, 22 republican programs have been approved. Under the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings, 769 residential properties with a total area of ​​4.7 million square meters are to be renovated this year. The amount of financing is 6 billion 441 million rubles. The Housing and Public Utilities Fund organized work on checking documents and forming lots for auction. Also this year, builders must hand over 2 million 755 thousand square meters of housing. This is a target indicator for 2022, taking into account the volumes approved for the republic by the federal Ministry of Construction for the period up to 2030. In 2022, 4 programs to provide housing for certain categories of citizens will be implemented. Were identified 679 families, including 600 orphans.
