Alexey Frolov held a republican headquarters to prepare for the heating period
The readiness of the housing stock, social facilities and heat supply for the upcoming heating period was discussed today at a working meeting led by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov.
“The activities related to the preparation for the heating period are at the finish line, the heating period has begun in 11 municipalities. Decisions on the launch of heat are made by managers independently, based on the general situation and the situation as a whole, according to the appeals of the population. It is necessary to monitor the situation in social facilities, pay special attention to nursing homes, hospitals, kindergartens,” the Deputy minister began his speech.
According to the operational information entered by municipal districts into the Housing Stock Monitoring system, a total of 3,103 boiler houses have been prepared, which is 99.7%, 3,282 educational facilities – 99.9%, 1,917 cultural facilities or 99.7%.
In terms of healthcare, social protection, the preparation of facilities for the launch of heat is 100% completed.
Flushing and crimping of in-house central heating systems was performed in 12 thousand 060 MCD (out of 12 thousand 182 MCD), which is 99%. Readiness passports are issued for 17 thousand 365 MCD (out of 17 thousand 678 MCD), which is 98.2%.
In conclusion, Alexey Frolov recalled that the Ministry is constantly monitoring the start-up of heat to social and housing and communal facilities, in this regard, the heads of executive committees need to send a replacement report on the supply of coolant to housing and social facilities from the moment of heat start–up daily - twice a day until 12.00 h. and until 17.00 h.
