Marat Aizatullin spoke about the readiness of the republic for the heating period
The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services Marat Aizatullin told today about the readiness of social and housing and communal services facilities for the heating period of 2022/2023 in the Republic of Tatarstan at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event was attended by Rustam Abdulkhakov, General Director of Kazenergo JSC, Marat Salakhov, First Deputy Director of Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise, Ilgizar Gayfullin, Deputy General Director - Technical Director of Tatenergo JSC, Almir Latipov, Deputy General Director - Technical Director of Grid Company JSC.
As the Minister noted, during the inter-heating period, all services carried out work on hydraulic washing and crimping of both external and internal heating systems, repair work was carried out on engineering infrastructure, housing and social facilities.
Municipalities have set up commissions to check the readiness of facilities for the upcoming heating period, and the Ministry of the Republic of Tatarstan holds weekly meetings of the Republican headquarters.
Today, the preparation of facilities for the winter period is coming to an end. Healthcare, education and social protection facilities are fully prepared in the republic. Readiness passports were received for 17 thousand 506 apartment buildings, which is 99.1%.
«The heating season should begin on the sixth day of the period in which the average daily outdoor temperature is below 8 degrees Celsius. However, without waiting for the onset of cold weather, local governments can decide on the beginning of the heating season in the municipality and start running heat primarily in social facilities with a permanent stay of people. These are hospitals, kindergartens, schools, nursing homes, boarding schools,» Marat Aizatullin said.
The Ministry constantly monitors the heat supply to housing and social facilities. Interaction with local self-government bodies has been organized to obtain operational information and solve any problems related to the start-up of heat.
