In October, the level of collection of payments of the population on average in the republic amounted to 103.5%. This is 2.9% higher than last year (100.6%).
Over the 10 months of this year, the collection rate increased by 0.3% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 99.1%. The average annual level was 99.2%, which is 0.1% higher compared to last year.
The debts of the population for housing and communal services amounted to two or more months in seven districts of the republic.

The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, reported on the progress of housing construction in Tatarstan today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of Tatarstan.
Four cultural facilities are under construction this year. All of them are included in the state program "Integrated Rural Development" with financing of over 977 thousand rubles. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
