Today, at the production site of Kazenergo JSC, two mobile boiler installations were tested, which are necessary for rapid response to emergencies in heat supply systems.
Mobile boiler houses that can move quickly around the republic and connect to heating networks during the elimination of accidents were purchased by the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan by the decision of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
As Ildus Nasyrov, Deputy General Director of SUE Tatleasing, recalled, this decision was made after the accident at the Kazenergo boiler house on Portovaya Street in Kazan in the spring of 2018.
The capacity of one transportable boiler house is capable of providing heat to about 250 thousand square meters of housing, another - 350 thousand square meters or a socially significant object - a school, kindergarten, polyclinic, theater. Conventional hot-water boilers running on diesel fuel are installed inside the modular housing.
The boiler house “on wheels” can heat both a large area and support pipelines in severe frosts.
The head of the Housing and Communal Services Department of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan, Airat Gallyamov, clarified that the boiler rooms have never been used, since there was no need. “In case of emergency situations – serious accidents on heating networks or heat sources, in which there is a complete shutdown of the coolant supply – we can quickly deliver these boiler installations to the right place, connect them to existing networks, and promptly supply heat to prevent “defrosting” of objects,” he said.
Mobile boiler houses are the largest part of the emergency technical reserve, which is annually formed on the balance sheet of SUE Tatleasing. It also includes diesel electric generators necessary to provide electricity, as well as other equipment – pipes, valves, pumps, etc. In the event of “non-standard” situations at housing and communal services facilities, such stocks are transferred to the districts.
