Alexey Frolov spoke about the implementation of the national project «Housing and urban environment» in Tatarstan

Financing of the national project «Housing and urban environment» this year amounted to over 6,521 billion rubles. This was announced by First Deputy Head of the department Alexey Frolov at a press conference dedicated to the results of work on the national project in 2022 and plans for 2023.

The national project «Housing and Urban Environment» includes four federal programs: «Housing», «Formation of a comfortable urban environment», «Clean Water» and «Ensuring sustainable reduction of the housing stock unsuitable for living».

According to the federal Housing program, 16 objects are being implemented this year. «It is aimed at supporting integrated housing construction, and within its framework for new neighborhoods we receive financial support for the construction of networks and roads. This year, over 3.5 billion rubles have been allocated for such purposes,» said the First Deputy Minister of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.

He also added that all work has already been completed at 11 sites.

Almost 1.5 billion rubles were allocated for the federal program "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" in 2022. This includes 34 objects: 28 parks and squares and six more projects — winners of the competition of small towns and historical settlements.

«According to some indicators in this program, we have not yet achieved the desired result, but by the end of the year the plan will be fully implemented,» Frolov said.

According to the Clean Water program, construction of a water supply system with a water intake node for the city of Nurlat began this year. This project will be completed next year, and its financing amounted to almost 780 million rubles.

«Residents of the city complain every year that the water quality deteriorates sharply during high water, so it was decided to build a new water intake with the seizure of neighboring settlements,» the speaker stressed.

He also added that in addition to the federal program, Tatarstan also has a regional program, the financing of which is 1.3 billion rubles. According to it, centralized water supply networks are being built in the villages of the republic.

Funding for the resettlement of people from emergency homes this year amounted to 109 million rubles. To date, 644 people have been settled out of 259 residential premises with a total area of 7.2 thousand square meters. meters.

In addition, in 2023, it is planned to settle another 109 emergency apartments in ten districts of the republic owned by citizens, with a total area of almost 4 thousand square meters. meters.

«I would like to note separately that the construction of six individual houses for resettlement from emergency housing was launched in the Sabinsky district for the first time,» Alexey Frolov added.

In general, it follows from the report of the first Deputy Minister of Construction of Tatarstan that, with the exception of several indicators of the program «Formation of a comfortable urban environment», the planned indicators for all other parameters have already been exceeded, although there is still some time left before the end of the year.
