Ilshat Gimaev took part in the mortgage forum “Mortgage – the power of the house”

Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev spoke at a forum dedicated to promising areas of development in individual housing construction. The event was attended by representatives of the regional center of the OA “Bank DOM RF”, the Association “Guild of Realtors of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the Mortgage Lending Center.

In his welcoming speech, the Deputy Minister spoke about housing construction programs in the republic, in particular individual housing construction.

“In accordance with the national project “Housing and urban environment” in the period from 2022 to 2030, it is planned to build a total of 28.4 million square meters of housing in the republic. To date, the volume of housing commissioning in Tatarstan has amounted to 3,092 thousand square meters,” Ilshat Gimaev noted.
