In Nizhnekamsk, the settlement of a 110-apartment residential building

began In the 35th microdistrict of Nizhnekamsk, the settlement of a 110-apartment residential building No. 15A (construction - pos.  No. 8) on Chemists Avenue.

The new building, built at the expense of investments of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the social mortgage program, will house public sector workers, young families, medical workers-recipients of grants, as well as orphans.

The house has 5-6 floors, 6 entrances, and the total area of apartments (of which: 27 – one–room, 18 –two-room and 65 - three-room) is 6.5 thousand sq.m. All apartments are rented in a fine finish, equipped with plumbing, gas stoves, smoke detectors with a detector, water, gas and electricity meters, and heat regulators.
