The year 2022 ends. It was not easy for the whole country, and the construction complex was no exception. However, we passed this test with dignity – well-coordinated teamwork and personal active participation of each of us helped to achieve high results.

We have fully fulfilled our obligations for the construction and overhaul of social facilities, modernization of engineering infrastructure, improvement of public spaces and major repairs of residential buildings. For the second year in a row, the volume of housing commissioned in the republic exceeds 3 million square meters. The main result of our work is to improve the quality of life of Tatarstan citizens. Understanding that all these changes are taking place with our participation is the best reward for builders. We can rightfully be proud of our achievements!

We are entering the new year, 2023, with the desire to further transform our native republic. The most ambitious task facing builders today is the transition to the rails of integrated development of territories, the construction of new houses and socio–cultural facilities within the framework of a new concept. I am sure that your professionalism, experience, and desire for creativity will allow you to solve it as fully as possible.
