In 2022, the construction complex of the republic fulfilled all its obligations. 6 national projects, 8 state and 44 republican programs of construction and capital repairs have been fully implemented. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Minister also spoke about the plans for the current year. Thus, 44 republican programs are planned to be implemented in 2023. Their total financial limit is almost 54 billion rubles. With these funds, it is necessary to build, repair, modernize and improve more than 3.5 thousand objects.

As part of housing construction in 2023, it is necessary to hand over 2 million 830 thousand square meters. Including 160 thousand sq.m. - under the social mortgage program, 1 million 246 thousand sq.m. - through individual housing construction, 1 million 423 thousand sq.m. - in the segment of multi-apartment investment housing.

As a year earlier, it is planned to implement 4 programs to provide housing for certain categories of citizens. In the coming year, 600 orphans, 33 large families, 78 young families and 6 citizens from among the internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims should celebrate the housewarming.
