In 2023, 716 apartment buildings will be overhauled in Tatarstan

In 2022, as part of the implementation of the short-term plan, 740 apartment buildings in 40 municipalities were repaired in the Republic of Tatarstan. The total amount of financing amounted to 6.32 billion rubles.

Thanks to the implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings, more than 184 thousand citizens of the republic have improved their living conditions.

As part of the overhaul, 207 elevator equipment deemed unsuitable for operation was replaced. Repaired more than 269 thousand square meters of roof in 284 apartment buildings, more than 967 thousand square meters of facade in 372 apartment buildings. In addition, more than 1 million linear meters of in-house engineering systems of electricity, heat, gas, water supply, and sanitation have been replaced.

In 2023, the implementation of the short-term plan should provide safe and favorable living conditions for 159,110 citizens in 716 apartment buildings with a total area of 4.3 million square meters in 42 municipalities of the republic. The amount of financing will amount to more than 6 billion rubles.
