44 republican construction and overhaul programs will be implemented in Tatarstan in 2023

44 republican programs for construction and major repairs are being implemented in the republic this year. Within the framework of the designated programs, it is planned to build, repair, modernize and improve 3,601 objects. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a meeting in the Government House.

4 programs are planned in the field of housing construction, according to which it is planned to introduce at least 2 million 830 thousand square meters of housing.

It is planned to implement 4 programs to provide housing for certain categories of citizens, within the framework of which 600 orphans, 33 large families with 5 or more children, 78 young families, and 6 citizens from among internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims should receive housing.

The implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings has entered a new three-year cycle. In 2023, 42 municipalities are taking part in it. The program includes 716 apartment buildings with a total area of 4 million 300 thousand square meters.

In addition, during the year, work will be carried out in the republic on the overhaul of youth centers and youth clubs, as well as the construction of indoor football arenas and universal sports grounds.
