170 families received keys to new apartments in Naberezhnye Chelny

In the 63rd microdistrict of Naberezhnye Chelny, the 170-apartment residential building No. 63-02 was occupied. The new building is located at the address: Viktor Polyakov Street, 26.

It will house employees of budget organizations and enterprises, medical workers-recipients of grants and young families.

The house has 18 residential floors, one entrance and the total area of apartments (of which: 102 – one–room, 51 – two-room, 17 - three-room) is 8.3 thousand sq.m. All apartments are rented in a finishing finish, equipped with plumbing, electric stoves, smoke detectors with a detector, water meters, electricity meters, heat regulators and an automatic remote data reading system.
