More than 15 thousand residential housing units were registered in the republic in 2022

According to the Rosreestr of Tatarstan, by the end of 2022, more than 15 thousand individual residential houses were built and put on cadastral registration in the republic. In terms of purchase and sale transactions, 18.5 thousand contracts were registered in Tatarstan last year, of which 3.1 thousand were for residential buildings located in Kazan.  At the same time, almost 10 thousand houses were purchased with a mortgage.

Recall that in 2022, more than 3 million square meters of housing were built in Tatarstan, most of them are individual housing construction, in second place is multi-apartment investment housing. Within the framework of housing construction in 2023, 1 million 423 thousand square meters are planned to be commissioned through individual housing construction.
