Marat Aizatullin held a meeting with the heads of construction organizations and housing and communal services enterprises
The next meeting of the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin with the heads of construction organizations, representatives of the housing and communal services industry took place today in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the round table “Territorial planning, placement of capital construction projects, development of urban planning documentation, provision of territories with engineering and transport infrastructure” took place today in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Ilya Wolfson, Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, took part in the round table.
Addressing the participants of the round table, Marat Aizatullin noted that more than 3 million square meters of housing are being commissioned in Tatarstan for the second year in a row. In 2022, 3 million 093 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in Tatarstan. According to the results of the year, Tatarstan ranks 1st in the Volga Federal District in housing commissioning, and 6th in the Russian Federation.
Within the framework of the meeting, the director of the GBU "Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan" Oleg Grigoriev made a presentation on the work of the department. The participants discussed the general approach to the work carried out by the Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan as a whole, as well as the organization of the department for interaction with network companies and developers of the Republic.
“I hope that as a result of our joint work, the potential of the Institute of Spatial Planning will be fully revealed,” said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
