The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of the department's work in 2022

The main results in housing construction, as well as in the implementation of the most important state and republican programs in 2022 were summed up today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at the final board of the department.

The event was held in the IT Park named after B.Rameev. It was attended by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federationinikita Stasishin.

According to Marat Aizatullin, the volume of work on the type of activity “construction” in 2022 exceeded 513 billion rubles – an increase of 108.3% compared to the previous year, the volume of services sold by organizations of the housing and communal complex is estimated at almost 51 billion rubles. In comparison with the volumes of 2021, this is 107.7%. Wage growth in construction amounted to 30%, in housing and communal services - by 8%.

Marat Aizatullin also noted a serious increase in tax revenues from industry enterprises – the volume of payments to budgets of all levels amounted to 47 billion 612 million rubles. This is 28% higher than the values of the same period last year.
