The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan got acquainted with new proposals for the construction of residential housing
Today, a round table was held at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, at which proposals of the Tesla land corporation for individual housing construction in Zelenodolsk and Laishevsky municipal districts were presented. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimayev.
Representatives of DOM Bank took part in the event.The Russian Federation and large republican enterprises.
"The Republic of Tatarstan has been a leader in housing commissioning in the Volga Federal District for several years and is one of the six leading subjects in housing commissioning in Russia as a whole. Starting from 2021, more than 3.0 million square meters of housing will be put into operation in the republic, with more than half accounted for by individual housing construction," Ilshat Gimayev said in his speech.
Also, during the round table, proposals on mortgage lending for individual housing construction from DOM Bank were presented.RF
According to the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the issues discussed at the round table are generally aimed at socio-economic support for employees of budget structures, large socially significant and city-forming enterprises.
