Tatarstan presented information modeling technologies at the Siberian Construction Week

The construction complex of Tatarstan shared its experience with information modeling technologies at the Siberian Construction Week in Novosibirsk.

The conference was attended by the Minister of Construction of the Novosibirsk region Alexey Kolmakov, representatives of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia and regional expert organizations that are members of the Association of Expertise of Russia.

The purpose of the event is to exchange best practices and knowledge in the field of construction and state expertise to achieve digital maturity of the construction complex.

The experience of the State Expertise of the Republic of Tatarstan with information modeling technologies was presented by the Director of the GAU “UGEC RT”, member of the AER Board, curator of the AER working group on digital development Rafar Shakirov.

Recall that since January 1, 2023, by order of the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, it has become mandatory in Tatarstan to use a full–fledged digital information (three-dimensional) model for budget facilities to achieve the main goal - the reliability of determining the amount of work obtained from the project documentation performed with TIM.
