In Sarmanovo, a 24-apartment socipotechny house was settled

In the village of Sarmanovo, Sarmanovsky district, the settlement of a 24-apartment building with individual heating has begun. Participants of housing programs of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan will live in it.
The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin took part in the solemn event.
Among the apartments, 16 are one–room, 4 are two–room and 4 are three-room. Their total area is 1250.5 square meters.
The new housing is finished, equipped with double−circuit gas boilers, plumbing, gas stoves, fire alarm sensors, water meters, electricity meters and automatic gas analyzers.

The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, reported on the progress of housing construction in Tatarstan today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of Tatarstan.
Four cultural facilities are under construction this year. All of them are included in the state program "Integrated Rural Development" with financing of over 977 thousand rubles. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
