A conference on the use of metal structures in construction will be held in Kazan

On March 1, 2023, Kazan will host a conference on the topic "Multi–apartment residential buildings - design and construction of metal structures".

The event is held with the aim of expanding the use of steel in production and improving technical regulation in the field of construction and fire safety of capital construction facilities.

Within the framework of the conference, technical solutions and advantages of the technology of construction of apartment buildings on metal frames, economic efficiency, design and construction features will be disclosed. The conference will also present the practice of using steel frame and frame-sheathing walls in the construction of social infrastructure facilities, industrial facilities.

Sergey Muzychenko, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, and Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, will deliver a welcoming speech.

The speakers of the event will be representatives of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, manufacturers of metal structures for industrial and civil construction.
