A solemn settlement of a social mortgage house for teachers took place in Kazan
A solemn settlement of an apartment building built at the expense of investments of the State Housing Fund within the framework of the social mortgage program took place in Kazan. The ceremony was attended by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
Investments of the State Housing Fund were allocated for the construction of a 255-apartment building. Teachers and teaching staff will live in 70 apartments.
The apartments are rented in a fine finish, equipped with plumbing, electric stoves, smoke detectors. In addition, individual utility metering devices, heat regulators, as well as automatic remote data reading systems are installed in the house.
