More than 1 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan

1 million 28 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan – 33% of the annual plan. Such data was given by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the line of commercial construction, the implementation of the annual plan is 42%. 81 apartment buildings with a total area of 598 thousand square meters were commissioned.

The social mortgage program has been completed by 27%, 15 houses on 44 thousand square meters have been commissioned. The greatest fulfillment of the plan is recorded in the line of individual housing construction: almost 386 thousand square meters were commissioned, or 25% of the plan.

In addition, the republic continues to implement 4 programs to provide housing for certain categories of citizens.

- this year, 600 orphans should celebrate the housewarming. Currently, an auction is being prepared for 47 residential premises;

- for 78 young families included in the current year's program, the Ministry of Youth concluded agreements in the "Electronic Budget" system with all municipalities;

- for 33 large families with 5 or more children, 15 certificates for housing were issued;

- for 6 citizens from among the internally displaced persons, displaced persons from the Far North and Chernobyl victims, the submitted documents are checked, after which the registration of certificates will begin.
