The competition of the best practices of management of apartment buildings «Superpravdom – 2023» has started

On March 27, 2023, the All-Russian competition «Superpravdom 2023» was launched, dedicated to identifying the best practices for managing apartment buildings in the Russian Federation.

The competition is aimed at improving the quality of housing fund management, increasing the activity and responsibility of the owners of residential premises in the process of maintaining the common property of the MKD.

The competition is held in 3 nominations:

1. The best work of the MCD Council;

2. The best work of the HOA/ HBC;

3. The best job of a management company.

Applications are accepted until May 5, 2023 in electronic form on the website http://gkhkontrol.ru .
