A seminar on new materials in construction chemistry was held today in the Republican Ministry of Construction. The event was held by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.
Representatives of a multinational company in the field of construction chemicals from India told about their developments and further plans for the development of this direction in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Deputy Minister began his speech with information about the commissioning of housing in the republic. «As of March 9, 1 million 93 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned, or 33.2% of the housing from the annual plan,» Ilshat Gimayev said.
In 2023, the commissioning of housing in the republic is planned in the amount of 3 million 100 thousand square meters, of which 1 million 511 thousand square meters is individual housing construction, social mortgage – 160 thousand square meters, multi–apartment investment housing - 1 million 428 thousand square meters.meters.
In addition, the seminar focused on the increase in demand for basic building materials, which made it possible to significantly load the capacities of construction industry enterprises.
«The mineral resource base and the developed branch of the construction industry of the Republic allow us to produce today a wide range of construction products, both traditional materials and innovative, with improved characteristics,» the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan emphasized.
It is the dynamic development and growth of the scale of construction that today requires active cooperation of the sphere with manufacturers of innovative technologies.
