Rosreestr of Tatarstan urges developers to switch to electronic interaction

The Rosreestr of Tatarstan hosted a round table with developers on issues in the field of shared-equity construction of apartment buildings and other real estate objects. Representatives of 16 construction companies of Tatarstan came to discuss the topic.

The participants discussed the main advantages of electronic registration of equity participation agreements in construction (DDA). In particular, it is the shortest registration time and the availability of this service at any time and place. 

Representatives of Rosreestr also recalled the possibility from 2020 to submit applications for state registration of ownership rights for a shareholder from individuals and legal entities without a power of attorney, which greatly simplifies the procedure for registering rights and reduces administrative barriers.
