For reference:
The Urban Environment Quality Index is a tool for assessing the quality of the material urban environment and the conditions for its formation, which allows using the results of the assessment to create recommendations for improving the environment.
The index is formed on the basis of an assessment of six types of urban spaces in accordance with six criteria for the quality of the urban environment. This assessment implies the allocation of one key indicator for each type of space for each of the criteria. As a result, an evaluation matrix of 36 indicators is formed.
