Developers were issued 43 certificates of compliance in the first quarter of 2023

In the first quarter of 2023, the Inspection of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan issued 43 conclusions on the compliance of constructed (reconstructed) capital construction facilities with the requirements of project documentation (ZOS).

18 capital construction projects have been commissioned in Kazan. 9 new facilities have been built in Naberezhnye Chelny. In the Laishevsky municipal district, 3 objects received ZOS, in Yelabuga – 2.

Recall that in the first quarter of 2022, 53 objects received the ZOS. And the total number of ZOS issued for the whole of last year was 380, of which 171 were for housing construction projects.

The basis for obtaining a PO is the presence of a positive act of the final inspection, a complete package of executive documentation and the elimination of all previously identified violations.
